Head over to West Valley School in Kalispell and you'll find it! In the small gym, 4 - 12" EV cabinets does the trick to provide crystal clear audio capable of getting the PE classes moving! In the large gym, it took 6 - 12" EV EKX cabs with 2 - 18" subwoofers, and it. sounds. amazing. Might be the most balanced sound I've heard in a gym since we moved to Montana 4 years ago.
They were a total pleasure to work with and their facilities guy, Phil was incredible. All I had to do was provide the rack and he fit it into the existing wall and built a panel around it so it looks super clean in the gym.
As usual, wireless mics abound, and iPad mixer control make using this system a breeze. We even ran a couple xlr cables across the gym under the bleachers and terminated them there to be used for music or wired mics at the scorer's table. Enjoy this sound system, Warriors! Thanks for letting us be a part of your school!
Gym full of wire. Speaker wires cut at 165 feet, XLR to 255 feet. That's a lot of wire!
The wire bundle.
Large gym rack. Way to go Phil!
It's only 9600 watts...no big deal.
Out with the old, in with the new...can you tell a difference?
Sensational engineering by Western Neon. Every piece is above truss level.
Time to test it out!
Small gym rack.
Ah right, there's the fun stuff!
Plenty of sound for this gym.
Tucked right up out of the way.
Beauty!
Wouldn't know it was there until it knocked you over.
